STEM ALP schools are eligible for subsidies of SGD 600 per person, for up to two MOE staff members per school.

Non-STEM ALP schools are eligible for a subsidy of SGD 600 for one MOE staff member per school.

All subsidies are granted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions

1. Registration, Fees and Payment

   Registration is confirmed only upon full payment and receipt of a confirmation email. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment must be completed before the registrant is entitled to attend or present at the Conference.

   Accepted presenters are required to register and complete payment to present at the Conference.

   The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion (e.g. non-payment, capacity constraints).
   
   

2. Ticket Delivery and Admission

   Please provide a valid, regularly monitored email address during registration. Upon successful registration and payment, an automated email containing your registration summary and invoice will be sent. If this is not received, please check your junk/spam folder or contact the Secretariat.

   The organiser reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission for reasonable cause, including non-payment, breach of these terms, or disruptive behaviour.
   
   

3. Cancellation Policy

   Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the Conference for any reason, you are responsible for arranging a suitable replacement. Registration fees cover participation in the Conference only and do not include travel, accommodation, or insurance.
   
   

4. Programme Changes, Format and Cancellation

   While every effort will be made to deliver the programme as advertised, the organiser may make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, session timings, or event format (including a shift to hybrid or online delivery) where necessary. If the Conference is cancelled in its entirety by the organiser, participants will receive a refund of registration fees paid, less any irrecoverable transaction charges. The organiser will not be liable for any other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
   
   

5. Food and Beverage

   All standard meals provided during the Conference are Halal-certified.
   
   

6. Photography, Recording and Promotion

   The Conference may be photographed, video-recorded, and audio-recorded. By attending SISTC 2026, you consent to your image, likeness, and voice being captured and used in conference reports, websites, social media, and other materials for documentation and promotional purposes, without further notice or payment, as permitted by law. If you prefer not to be prominently featured, please inform the Secretariat at the point of registration or at the on-site helpdesk. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests; however, complete exclusion from all recordings in public areas cannot be guaranteed.
   
   

7. STAS Membership (Singapore Educators)

   Singapore-based educators who register for the Conference will be automatically enrolled in a complimentary 2-year membership with the Science Teachers Association of Singapore (STAS) upon successful registration unless they choose to opt out during the registration process. As a STAS member, you will receive publicity materials and updates from STAS relating to its programmes, events, and activities. If you do not wish to be enrolled in STAS membership, you may opt out by indicating your preference on the registration form. Opting out will not affect your conference registration or participation in any way.
   
   

8. Liability and Insurance

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, or for loss of property, arising from your participation in the Conference, except where caused by the organiser's gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel, health, and personal insurance. Conference fees do not include insurance coverage.
